Two legs from a 1325 fix: where is the 1415 DR?

At 1325 you fix your position 001°T, 1.6 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 251°T at 9.6 kn until 1355, then 115°T at 4.2 kn until 1415.

Give the 1415 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
