Two legs from a 0950 fix: where is the 1100 DR?

At 0950 you fix your position 254°T, 1.8 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 298°T at 8.3 kn until 1020, then 166°T at 4.5 kn until 1100.

Give the 1100 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
