Two legs from a 1500 fix: where is the 1525 DR?

At 1500 you fix your position 054°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 016°T at 8.7 kn until 1510, then 068°T at 6.6 kn until 1525.

Give the 1525 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
