Two legs from a 1350 fix: where is the 1425 DR?

At 1350 you fix your position 004°T, 2.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 067°T at 8.0 kn until 1415, then 211°T at 9.8 kn until 1425.

Give the 1425 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
