Two legs from a 0900 fix: where is the 0950 DR?

At 0900 you fix your position 303°T, 2.8 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 174°T at 4.9 kn until 0940, then 064°T at 7.3 kn until 0950.

Give the 0950 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
