Two legs from a 1325 fix: where is the 1425 DR?

At 1325 you fix your position 022°T, 1.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 004°T at 4.7 kn until 1400, then 129°T at 5.0 kn until 1425.

Give the 1425 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
