At 1210 you fix your position 062°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 029°T at 5.7 kn until 1220, then 158°T at 9.9 kn until 1230.

Give the 1230 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
