Two legs from a 0750 fix: where is the 0850 DR?

At 0750 you fix your position 059°T, 2.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 192°T at 9.8 kn until 0805, then 260°T at 7.7 kn until 0850.

Give the 0850 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
