Two legs from a 1450 fix: where is the 1600 DR?

At 1450 you fix your position 135°T, 0.9 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 257°T at 4.0 kn until 1535, then 046°T at 5.0 kn until 1600.

Give the 1600 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
