At 1310 you fix your position 063°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 335°T at 7.4 kn until 1320, then 198°T at 4.3 kn until 1330.

Give the 1330 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
