Two legs from a 1425 fix: where is the 1500 DR?

At 1425 you fix your position 033°T, 1.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 331°T at 9.7 kn until 1440, then 106°T at 8.8 kn until 1500.

Give the 1500 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
