Two legs from a 1350 fix: where is the 1510 DR?

At 1350 you fix your position 040°T, 2.2 nm from Mill stack. You steer 016°T at 4.6 kn until 1425, then 260°T at 4.5 kn until 1510.

Give the 1510 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
