At 1245 you fix your position 019°T, 2.7 nm from Mill stack. You steer 321°T at 9.6 kn until 1310, then 192°T at 8.3 kn until 1330.

Give the 1330 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
