At 1215 you fix your position 030°T, 2.9 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 349°T at 9.6 kn until 1240, then 191°T at 8.4 kn until 1250.

Give the 1250 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
