Two legs from a 0905 fix: where is the 0925 DR?

At 0905 you fix your position 022°T, 1.6 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 342°T at 6.9 kn until 0915, then 133°T at 4.0 kn until 0925.

Give the 0925 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
