Two legs from a 0720 fix: where is the 0825 DR?

At 0720 you fix your position 260°T, 3.0 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 146°T at 8.0 kn until 0800, then 263°T at 5.5 kn until 0825.

Give the 0825 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
