At 1545 you fix your position 351°T, 3.5 nm from Mill stack. You steer 339°T at 5.8 kn until 1615, then 050°T at 9.7 kn until 1630.

Give the 1630 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
