Two legs from a 1310 fix: where is the 1405 DR?

At 1310 you fix your position 008°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 004°T at 7.2 kn until 1330, then 149°T at 5.6 kn until 1405.

Give the 1405 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
