At 1250 you fix your position 004°T, 2.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 039°T at 9.0 kn until 1315, then 232°T at 4.4 kn until 1340.

Give the 1340 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
