At 1510 you fix your position 176°T, 1.1 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 033°T at 6.5 kn until 1530, then 221°T at 8.4 kn until 1545.

Give the 1545 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
