At 1405 you fix your position 224°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 217°T at 9.4 kn until 1425, then 038°T at 4.9 kn until 1505.

Give the 1505 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
