Two legs from a 1430 fix: where is the 1530 DR?

At 1430 you fix your position 280°T, 1.4 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 200°T at 7.9 kn until 1455, then 334°T at 8.4 kn until 1530.

Give the 1530 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
