At 1250 you fix your position 066°T, 2.0 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 346°T at 4.3 kn until 1335, then 286°T at 7.3 kn until 1345.

Give the 1345 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
