Two legs from a 1510 fix: where is the 1610 DR?

At 1510 you fix your position 065°T, 1.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 007°T at 6.2 kn until 1550, then 127°T at 6.9 kn until 1610.

Give the 1610 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
