Two legs from a 1320 fix: where is the 1415 DR?

At 1320 you fix your position 271°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 246°T at 4.3 kn until 1400, then 356°T at 7.3 kn until 1415.

Give the 1415 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
