At 0705 you fix your position 049°T, 2.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 186°T at 4.2 kn until 0735, then 305°T at 9.8 kn until 0745.

Give the 0745 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
