Two legs from a 1120 fix: where is the 1155 DR?

At 1120 you fix your position 290°T, 3.0 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 228°T at 7.5 kn until 1135, then 150°T at 5.6 kn until 1155.

Give the 1155 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
