Two legs from a 1300 fix: where is the 1415 DR?

At 1300 you fix your position 259°T, 2.8 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 172°T at 7.5 kn until 1330, then 092°T at 6.3 kn until 1415.

Give the 1415 DR position as the true bearing FROM Kittle water tank to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
