Two legs from a 1220 fix: where is the 1315 DR?

At 1220 you fix your position 354°T, 1.9 nm from Mill stack. You steer 165°T at 6.9 kn until 1230, then 073°T at 5.1 kn until 1315.

Give the 1315 DR position as the true bearing FROM Kittle water tank to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
