Two legs from a 0715 fix: where is the 0825 DR?

At 0715 you fix your position 293°T, 3.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 185°T at 8.0 kn until 0745, then 289°T at 4.2 kn until 0825.

Give the 0825 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
