At 0820 you fix your position 057°T, 3.6 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 097°T at 10.0 kn until 0830, then 267°T at 7.8 kn until 0845.

Give the 0845 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
