Two legs from a 1535 fix: where is the 1655 DR?

At 1535 you fix your position 191°T, 1.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 274°T at 9.6 kn until 1610, then 113°T at 4.9 kn until 1655.

Give the 1655 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
