Two legs from a 0725 fix: where is the 0820 DR?

At 0725 you fix your position 275°T, 2.9 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 263°T at 6.5 kn until 0740, then 176°T at 5.8 kn until 0820.

Give the 0820 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
