At 1020 you fix your position 024°T, 2.3 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 341°T at 8.6 kn until 1045, then 229°T at 6.9 kn until 1055.

Give the 1055 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
