Two legs from a 1220 fix: where is the 1340 DR?

At 1220 you fix your position 240°T, 3.0 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 328°T at 4.1 kn until 1255, then 207°T at 6.0 kn until 1340.

Give the 1340 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
