At 1310 you fix your position 070°T, 1.8 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 070°T at 4.1 kn until 1330, then 297°T at 6.3 kn until 1410.

Give the 1410 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
