Two legs from a 1530 fix: where is the 1625 DR?

At 1530 you fix your position 013°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 271°T at 4.3 kn until 1545, then 126°T at 5.0 kn until 1625.

Give the 1625 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
