Two legs from a 0855 fix: where is the 0955 DR?

At 0855 you fix your position 027°T, 3.2 nm from Heron Point Light. You steer 125°T at 4.1 kn until 0935, then 003°T at 6.5 kn until 0955.

Give the 0955 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
