At 0800 you fix your position 354°T, 2.8 nm from Mill stack. You steer 151°T at 9.0 kn until 0815, then 297°T at 7.1 kn until 0845.

Give the 0845 DR position as the true bearing FROM Heron Point Light to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
