Two legs from a 1300 fix: where is the 1350 DR?

At 1300 you fix your position 278°T, 2.3 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 312°T at 6.2 kn until 1330, then 196°T at 8.0 kn until 1350.

Give the 1350 DR position as the true bearing FROM Westfield church spire to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
