Two legs from a 1520 fix: where is the 1550 DR?

At 1520 you fix your position 000°T, 3.3 nm from Mill stack. You steer 209°T at 7.6 kn until 1540, then 090°T at 5.4 kn until 1550.

Give the 1550 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
