Two legs from a 1305 fix: where is the 1345 DR?

At 1305 you fix your position 256°T, 2.8 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 064°T at 4.0 kn until 1315, then 320°T at 4.1 kn until 1345.

Give the 1345 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
