Two legs from a 0820 fix: where is the 0900 DR?

At 0820 you fix your position 096°T, 1.7 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 358°T at 9.5 kn until 0845, then 301°T at 7.5 kn until 0900.

Give the 0900 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
