Two legs from a 1440 fix: where is the 1510 DR?

At 1440 you fix your position 063°T, 1.4 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 109°T at 8.3 kn until 1500, then 319°T at 4.1 kn until 1510.

Give the 1510 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
