Two legs from a 1340 fix: where is the 1420 DR?

At 1340 you fix your position 019°T, 2.5 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 167°T at 4.7 kn until 1400, then 332°T at 4.1 kn until 1420.

Give the 1420 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
