Two legs from a 1220 fix: where is the 1310 DR?

At 1220 you fix your position 023°T, 2.5 nm from Mill stack. You steer 040°T at 9.2 kn until 1300, then 106°T at 4.1 kn until 1310.

Give the 1310 DR position as the true bearing FROM Gannet Rock daybeacon to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
