Two legs from a 0920 fix: where is the 1000 DR?

At 0920 you fix your position 229°T, 3.1 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 240°T at 5.9 kn until 0940, then 021°T at 6.5 kn until 1000.

Give the 1000 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
