Two legs from a 1550 fix: where is the 1655 DR?

At 1550 you fix your position 043°T, 1.6 nm from Kittle water tank. You steer 272°T at 9.3 kn until 1630, then 005°T at 8.5 kn until 1655.

Give the 1655 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.

Tolerance: 2° and 0.15 nm (or 4 % of the distance).
