At 1310 you fix your position 089°T, 1.6 nm from Gannet Rock daybeacon. You steer 232°T at 6.8 kn until 1340, then 272°T at 4.0 kn until 1355.

Give the 1355 DR position as the true bearing FROM Mill stack to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
