At 0725 you fix your position 221°T, 3.2 nm from Tern Island tower. You steer 352°T at 5.7 kn until 0805, then 197°T at 9.9 kn until 0820.

Give the 0820 DR position as the true bearing FROM Tern Island tower to the DR, and the distance. Courses are true and speeds are through the water; dead reckoning ignores current and leeway.
